Annotvia AI was registered in Egypt in 2024. Led by Saleh Ibrahim, our network brings together language specialists, annotators, reviewers and project managers. Teams are assembled around task qualifications and confirmed availability.

Relevant experience
Saleh reports coordinating approximately 3,000 hours of recording work involving 500+ participants across Shaip and Fluffle projects, supported by two QA reviewers.
Founder and contributor experience also includes TELUS, OneForma and Alignerr transcription workflows, and Welocalize evaluation. Some engagements were individual before team delivery; these references do not imply corporate partnerships or endorsements.
Delivery approach
Scope the task and acceptance criteria, calibrate on a paid pilot, annotate and review, then incorporate feedback into production.
Tool experience includes SuperAnnotate, CVAT and client platforms. We are willing to sign an NDA and work within client access controls.
Pricing, staffing and schedules are confirmed against the project brief. Engagements can be scoped per task, per hour or as a dedicated team.
